Abbeywood Trail, North York, Toronto

Project Description

Address: 125 Abbeywood Trail, North York, Toronto

A Single Family Dwelling unit of approximately 5,200 SF gross floor area with a modern design. Main feature of design is a flat and slim roof profile that overhangs the second floor and extends over the main entrance. The roof will return to the side with a wood finish to the underside and vertical return beside the main entrance. A water feature is also embedded into this feature to further enhance the design of the building.

The main material and colour scheme used for this design is wood and stone contrasting with black metal panels.

All other 3 sides of the building are finished with a neutral colour limestone contrasting with black profile glazing and thick black flashing, which enhances the sides and the back elevations.
