Exterior renovation for a 10,000 SF two storey building.
We replaced the existing cladding with a neutral silver colour corrugated metal and contrasted it with cedar tone metal cladding from Longboard. We also replaced the skylight at the main entrance to the lobby of the second floor with new glazing with black mullion and a new roof capped with 6” black metal flashing. We enhanced the glazing with an insert of metal cladding matching the cedar finish to tie into the rest of the building with a touch of a modern design for the framing.
